Your doctor prefers to share information and communicate with you on your UPMC care through MyUPMC. Through our web portal at myupmc.upmc.com and the MyUPMC mobile app, MyUPMC provides you with unlimited, convenient, safe access to your health information online and on mobile devices at any time and from any location.
With MyUPMC, you can manage the care of your loved ones, plan and manage appointments, renew prescriptions, pay bills, check your medical records, clinical notes, and test results, have video visits, and more.
Patients may not have access to all of MyUPMC’s capabilities because not all UPMC sites and UPMC doctors’ offices use it. Additionally, access to some aspects of MyUPMC may be restricted if you do not currently have a UPMC physician. Please ask your provider whether their office utilises MyUPMC.
How Do I Log Into MY HUB at Work?
Click on the My HUB tab in the top left corner of the UPMC Infonet (infonet2.upmc.com) home page. A prompt to log in to the system will appear. Afterwards, click the Sign In button after entering your User ID (E-Sign-On) and password. Do not use your keyboard’s enter key.
Can I Login to MY HUB Using a Computer at Home?
You can access My HUB using Infonet if you have access to the Internet at home. In the address bar of your web browser, type infonet.upmc.com to access Infonet. It is advised to use Internet Explorer version 7.0 or higher. By selecting the My HUB tab after entering Infonet, you can visit My HUB.
MY HUB Login is Not Working for Me. What Do I Do?
If you’ve already created your User ID (E-Sign-On ID) and password, followed the instructions if you’ve forgotten them, and are still having trouble getting in, it’s possible that your account has been locked out. Call the ISD Help Desk at 412-647-HELP (4357) if you’re still having trouble logging in to My HUB.

What Can I Do to Safeguard My Account?
Make careful to use uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and/or symbols to make your password at least 8 characters long and difficult to decipher for others. Do not disclose the details of your account to anyone, including your password.

Your doctor’s appointments can be scheduled, viewed in detail, and cancelled via MyUPMC. By clicking “Schedule an Appointment” on the MyUPMC home page or in the Appointments part of the MyUPMC website or app, you can make appointments with doctors you’ve seen within the last ten years. By selecting “Other,” you can make an appointment request for a provider who isn’t listed or for a reason that isn’t an option.
